SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing The Warm Loft. As a veteran-owned curation house based in San Diego, California, we ship nationwide across the United States with the same care we would give a gift hand-delivered to a loved one.

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During peak gifting seasons — Mother's Day, Father's Day, Veterans Day, and the holiday season from November through December — processing may take 3–5 business days, as each order is hand-assembled.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our studio.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer the following shipping options, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
• Express Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100

Rates are shown in real time at checkout before you complete your order.

GIFT MESSAGES AND DIRECT-SHIP GIFTS

Sending a gift directly to the recipient? At checkout, enter the recipient's address as the shipping address and add a personal gift message in the notes field. We never include pricing or invoices in gift shipments — only your message and our signature ribbon-tied presentation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future. Join our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

While we ship every package with care, occasionally things happen in transit beyond our control.

For damaged packages: please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can begin the claims process with the carrier.

For lost or significantly delayed packages: please email customercare@thewarmloft.com so we can investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
