Because many of our items are made-to-order or personalized, we do not accept returns except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We accept returns only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- Contains a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was sent

Refunds take 10–14 business days after inspection.
Gift returns receive a The Warm Loft Gift Card.
Exchanges allowed only for same item in another color (if available).

Personalized items are only returnable if defective or incorrect.
Cancellations allowed within 1 hour.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Buyer pays re-shipping costs + carrier return fees.
