Because many of our items are made-to-order or personalized, we do not accept returns except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Because many of our items are personalized, we do not accept returns unless:
- The item arrives damaged
- Contains a manufacturing defect
- We sent the incorrect item

Refunds take 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. It may take 3–5 additional days to appear on your bank or card.
Gift returns receive a The Warm Loft Gift Card. If you don’t know the order number, email us and we will assist.
Exchanges are allowed only for the same item in a different color (if available). Request within 48 hours of delivery.

Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless:
- They arrive damaged
- Contain a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect personalization due to our error
Cancellations allowed within 1 hour. After that, production has already started.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Buyer pays re-shipping cost + carrier return fees. We will email you once the package comes back to us.
