1. Where does The Warm Loft ship?

The Warm Loft currently ships within the United States.
For special circumstances or bulk orders requiring delivery to other regions, please contact us at hello@thewarmloft.com

2. When will my order ship?

Most items are made-to-order or personalized.
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, depending on the product and season.
During holidays and peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

3. Can I get my order expedited?

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout depending on the items in your order and your shipping location.

Selecting an expedited method speeds up delivery, but does not shorten production time unless you have also purchased Rush Processing.

4. Can I ship to military bases/APO/DPO/FPO?

No, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time but we are working on this.

5. What if I need to change my shipping address?

Email within 1 hour. Changes not guaranteed.

6. What if my package is delayed?

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by them.
Delays may occur due to weather, routing issues, holidays, or carrier volume.

If tracking has not moved for several days, please contact the carrier directly for the most accurate updates.

7.  How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the carrier’s current rates.
You will be shown the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

8. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the carrier and service selected at checkout.
Typical carrier delivery estimates are:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
• Express shipping (if available): 1–2 business days

Please note that carrier delays, weather events, and peak seasons may affect transit times.

9. Why is my tracking not updating?

It is common for tracking updates to appear delayed, especially during high-volume seasons.
Carriers may scan packages only at major checkpoints, which can create gaps in updates for several days.

Tracking usually refreshes automatically once the package reaches the next facility or is out for delivery.

10. My package says delivered, but I don’t see it.

If your package shows as delivered but has not been located, we recommend checking:

• Your mailbox or parcel locker
• Building mailrooms or front desks
• With neighbors or household members
• Around porches or side doors

If it is still not found, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
Carriers can provide GPS delivery confirmation.

11. My package is lost or stolen — what happens now?

The Warm Loft is not responsible for packages once they have been handed to the carrier.
However, we understand how frustrating this can be and will assist where we are able.

If your package is lost or suspected stolen:

• Contact the carrier with your tracking number
• Request GPS delivery information
• File a claim if applicable
• File a report with local authorities for suspected theft
